Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA license or certification (required)
- Previous experience in school environments or working with K-12 students (preferred)
- Familiarity with educational documentation and progress tracking

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with speech-language pathologists, educators, and parents
- Adaptable to varying caseloads and student needs across grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support students with communication, articulation, language, and social skills development
- Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Prepare materials and organize sessions according to student goals
- Document student progress and maintain detailed records
- Communicate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families regarding student goals and achievements
- Contribute positively to the school environment and adapt to shifting caseloads as needed
