This role offers 32.5 hours per week, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. You’ll work directly with an elementary caseload, helping students grow their speech and language abilities in both individual and group settings.
What we’re looking for:
- Active SLPA license and eligibility to work in a school setting
- Previous experience with elementary students is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt activities to meet student needs under the supervision of an SLP
- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
In this role, you will:
- Deliver speech-language therapy sessions as outlined in student IEPs
- Implement activities and lesson plans developed by the supervising SLP
- Track and record student progress, maintaining detailed documentation
- Provide support during classroom activities, helping integrate speech strategies
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and team members to maximize student success
