Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid SLPA license for the state of Massachusetts required
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school personnel
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A passion for working with elementary-aged students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services as directed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support the development of students’ speech, language, and communication skills
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy strategies
- Track student progress and contribute to documentation and parent/teacher updates
- Participate in team meetings and share insights to ensure coordinated student care
