Position Details:
- Contract role from October 5, 2026, through December 23, 2026
- Full-time schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Work closely with elementary-aged students to support their speech and language development under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLPA certification
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and adhering to student confidentiality guidelines
- Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students as directed by supervising SLP
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans
- Track student progress and document therapy sessions with attention to detail
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to maximize student success
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
