Position Details:

  • Contract role from October 5, 2026, through December 23, 2026
  • Full-time schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Work closely with elementary-aged students to support their speech and language development under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts SLPA certification
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate records and adhering to student confidentiality guidelines
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students as directed by supervising SLP
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans
  • Track student progress and document therapy sessions with attention to detail
  • Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to maximize student success
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
