Caseload: K–12 (assigned based on experience and district needs)

Responsibilities
Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP.
Implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Assist with screenings, observations, and documentation.
Collect student progress data and maintain accurate service logs.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success.
Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration as appropriate.
Qualifications
Active Texas SLPA License
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
