This is a full-time position working within a single school site, supporting an elementary caseload of approximately 35 students. You'll collaborate with a remote, highly experienced SLP supervisor for guidance and mentorship, and enjoy the support of a fellow SLPA on-site twice a week. You'll develop valuable new skills and expand your clinical expertise, all while enjoying new adventures during your downtime.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid SLPA license in California
- Experience with elementary school-aged children preferred
- Ability to collaborate with both onsite and virtual team members
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to a caseload of around 35 elementary students
- Work closely with a remote SLP supervisor for support and supervision
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with an onsite SLPA (2 days a week) and broader school staff
- Help foster students’ communication development in both individual and group settings
