Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid New Hampshire SLPA certification required
- Experience working within elementary school settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with SLPs, teachers, and families
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress documentation, and school-based therapy goals
- Ability to engage and motivate young students
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with students to implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
- Assist in delivering speech and language therapy in individual and small group settings
- Support assessment and monitoring of students’ progress, keeping detailed records as required
- Collaborate with SLP, teaching staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Contribute to the daily organization and maintenance of therapy materials and resources
- Participate in meetings and training as needed for ongoing professional growth
