Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Cambridge, MA

Qualifications and Credentials:
- Current SLPA licensure recognized by the state authority
- Completion of an accredited SLPA program or equivalent
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Familiarity with both educational and healthcare SLP protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services under supervision of a certified SLP
- Assist with therapy plan implementation for K-12 students
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Support classroom integration and adapt activities for individual needs
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to review care and progress
- Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Monday through Friday schedule
