Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active Florida SLPA license
- Previous experience as an SLPA in educational or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively support students with mild to moderate speech impairments

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Provide individual and small group interventions for a caseload of approximately 40 middle school students
- Implement therapy plans, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in the classroom
- Participate in team meetings, IEP processes, and school-related functions as needed
