Required Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in the state of Texas
- Experience in a school-based environment preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervising SLPs and other team members
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students across Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and staff to implement effective interventions
- Support IEP development and provide therapy aligned with students’ individual goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to appropriate parties
- Actively participate in team meetings and ongoing professional learning
