Elementary Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Baltimore, MD

Key Qualifications:
- Active Maryland licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant
- Experience in a school setting is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting student growth and learning in a diverse elementary school population
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to students in PreK – 5th grade
- Follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
- Implement therapy activities and strategies as directed by the supervising SLP
- Support inclusive practices within the classroom and participate in team meetings as required
