Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland Professional SLPA Licensure (must provide documentation)
  • Experience in school settings supporting PreK–5th grade preferred
  • District-mandated background check, fingerprinting, and employment history review required
  • Availability for on-site services, following a set weekly schedule across two campuses
  • Flexible for a prescreen interview (between 9–11 a.m. or 2–3 p.m. EST)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy under supervision of a certified SLP
  • Support students’ communication goals per IEPs
  • Manage documentation and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Uphold district and state standards for ethical, effective care
