School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Auburn, Washington

This position runs from ASAP until June 23, 2027, offering a steady and meaningful professional commitment with 37.5 hours per week.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLPA license, or a willingness to obtain one prior to start date
- Completion or willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI
- Prior experience in elementary or middle school settings (middle school experience preferred for one role)
- Strong collaboration abilities, working effectively with supervising SLP and school teams
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and positive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language support services as directed by your supervising SLP
- Document student progress and sessions accurately
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with parents and educational staff
- Foster a supportive learning environment, adapting to individual student needs
- Communicate regularly with the virtual supervising SLP for guidance and collaboration
