We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our pediatric team in Olympia, Washington. This is a part-time opportunity offering a consistent 3-day-per-week schedule, competitive compensation, and a manageable caseload of 12 children.

About the Position

The SLPA will provide direct speech and language therapy services to children under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You will work with children to support their individual communication goals and help them develop skills in areas such as articulation, language development, social communication, and functional communication.

We strive to provide a supportive environment where clinicians can focus on quality patient care while maintaining a healthy and manageable workload. With a caseload of only 12 children, this position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with families and provide individualized attention to each child.

Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities
Track and document patient progress
Communicate effectively with supervising clinicians, families, and other members of the care team
Support children in reaching their individualized communication goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate as a collaborative member of the pediatric therapy team

Qualifications
Current SLPA credentials and eligibility to practice in Washington State
Experience working with children is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work collaboratively with an SLP and multidisciplinary team
