Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students in developing their communication skills and achieving academic success under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities:

Assist in providing speech and language therapy services to students as directed by the supervising SLP

Implement therapy activities to support students’ IEP goals
-
Document student progress and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support communication goals
Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Tennessee SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

School-based experience preferred, but not required
