Desired Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLPA license required
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel to schools throughout Hendry County
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to various educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to K–12 students as prescribed by supervising SLP
- Assist with screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support implementation of IEPs and collaborate with educators, families, and professionals
- Prepare materials, maintain accurate student records, and document services provided
- Travel between schools, as needed, to ensure consistent support
