What we're looking for:
- Active California SLP License (Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) also considered
- Familiarity with school-based services preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Carrying out comprehensive assessments and evaluations
- Developing and executing IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
- Participating in IEP meetings and working closely with teachers, families, and support staff
- Keeping detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Supporting students with a wide range of communication needs
