Required Qualifications:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid state certification for school-based SLPs
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
- Knowledge of pediatric speech-language disorders and school SLP best practices
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for a caseload of approximately 52 elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Work across two school campuses, collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
- Track progress, document services, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with educators and support generalization of skills in the classroom setting
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
