Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Ypsilanti, MI

Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- School certification (where required)
- Previous experience in pediatric or elementary school settings
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to elementary-age students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and current documentation in compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide guidance and resources to families and teachers regarding communication strategies
