Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Detroit, Michigan

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active state licensure in Michigan for SLP practice
- State School SLP certification
- Previous experience supporting pediatric and elementary populations preferred, including work in school settings
- Candidates considered at any level, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong communication abilities, collaborative mindset, and adaptability to various student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for elementary-age students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Provide direct and consultative therapy tailored to the caseload
- Maintain regulatory compliance with proper documentation, IEP participation, and progress tracking
- Work closely with classroom teachers, specialists, and parents to support student outcomes
- Manage a dynamic caseload efficiently across two campuses, maintaining clear communication with onsite teams
