Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations
- Skilled in delivering services via teletherapy and in-person settings
- Previous experience in schools, healthcare environments, or with pediatric caseloads preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to elementary-aged students
- Provide both direct and consultative services, adjusting approaches as needed for student success
- Engage regularly with teachers and families to support student progress and carry over strategies into classrooms and homes
- Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Adapt to remote or on-site service delivery as required
