Soliant Health is actively seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for part-time, onsite opportunities in the Detroit, Michigan area. These positions will serve upper elementary students in a collaborative school environment, providing speech and language services that help students reach their full academic and communication potential.

These flexible opportunities are available for clinicians seeking either a 4-day-per-week schedule or a 2-day-per-week schedule during the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details

  • Part-Time schedules available: 4 days per week or 2 days per week
  • 2026–2027 School Year
  • Onsite services only
  • Two SLP openings
  • Upper elementary student population
  • Caseload assignments may vary based on therapist experience and school needs

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines

Qualifications Required

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team

Preferred

  • Previous school-based speech-language pathology experience
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students
  • Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
  • Pediatric speech-language pathology experience
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
