A dynamic educational setting near York, PA is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for contract roles supporting Early Intervention and K-12 students. These in-person positions offer rewarding opportunities to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and families, with a focus on collaboration, individualized care, and professional growth. Multiple locations are available in the region, including opportunities in both elementary schools and early childhood settings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist certification and teaching certification (must provide both with your resume)
  • Commitment to onsite service delivery (no virtual/remote options available)
  • Experience with K-12 or early childhood (ages 3-5) populations and special education
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload, including regular education, autistic support, and special needs
  • Strong case management and paperwork skills
  • Clinical Fellows welcome, provided agency pays $2,000 supervision fee (SLPAs not accepted for these positions)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions for students ages 3-5 (Early Intervention) or K-12 (Elementary)
  • Manage caseloads in school-based settings; two roles involve 50-55 students across two elementary buildings, with regular and autistic support classrooms
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement IEPs and developmental plans
  • Participate in case management, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
  • Dedicated paperwork time is allotted weekly for Early Intervention role
  • Adhere to year-round or academic year schedules, depending on placement
