Make a genuine impact in the lives of children and families by providing high-quality speech-language pathology services in a supportive school environment. We are seeking energetic, committed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs – CCC required) for contract roles in an onsite, educational setting near York, PA. Both school-based and early intervention opportunities are available, each offering meaningful caseloads and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Available roles include:
Role A:
- Two SLPs needed for North Eastern School District (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm, 35 hours per week)
- Caseload of 50–55 students across Conewango Elementary & Mt Wolf Elementary
- Serve both general education and autistic support populations
- Some case management duties
- Contract dates: August 18, 2026 – May 27, 2027
Role B:
- One SLP needed for Early Intervention (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm, 35 hours per week, year-round)
- Work in New Oxford/Gettysburg with children ages 3–5 with special education needs
- Weekly paperwork time built into the schedule
- Frequent school breaks for work-life balance
What we’re looking for:
- SLP-CCC credential required (Clinical Fellows considered with $2,000 agency-funded supervision fee)
- PA Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
- PA Teaching Certification (must be submitted with resume)
- Demonstrated experience in EI or K-12 settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work fully onsite—no remote services available
- Committed to fostering communication and social skills development in diverse populations
