Required Qualifications:
- Active Washington SLP license or willingness to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Recent experience working in school-based settings (K-12 preferred)
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students across various grade levels
- Must be able to work onsite (no virtual/remote opportunities available)
- Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 settings
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Foster communication and language development that supports educational achievements
