This opportunity offers a full-time contract position for school-based Speech-Language Pathologists dedicated to fostering student communication and academic success. The assignment runs from now through June 12, 2026, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours, serving a caseload of 45-50 students across grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Washington SLP license or a willingness to obtain one
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience or comfort working in a school-based setting with diverse K-12 caseloads
  • Fingerprinting through the appropriate agency or willingness to complete this process
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for helping every student reach their potential
  • Onsite availability—teletherapy/virtual candidates will not be considered

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver direct speech-language services to students
  • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support student progress
  • Track data and maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards
  • Consult with educational staff on speech-language concerns and strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and school-wide initiatives as a valued professional resource
