Position Details:
- Start date: ASAP, continuing through June 12, 2026
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours weekly
- Caseload: 45-50 students spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
- Onsite only—virtual/remote work is not available
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington state SLP license or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Must be, or willing to become, fingerprinted through OSPI
- Experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services tailored to each student’s specific needs
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success
- Provide guidance on language development, articulation, and social communication
