Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Idaho Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
- Experience with K-12 populations and pediatric speech therapy
- Strong knowledge of school-based SLP practices and documentation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to create engaging, targeted therapy plans catering to varied learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students across grade levels
- Develop, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapeutic services and consultative support for students, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEPs
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current on best practices
