Qualifications & Experience:
- State of Idaho SLP License (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience as a school-based SLP
- Ability to work effectively with K-12 students and staff
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 85 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services in compliance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Work a schedule of 7.5 hours per day, 4 days per week, with one Friday per month
