Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Framingham, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license required
- Credentials/certifications for either SLP-CCC or fulfilling SLP-CFY requirements
- Prior experience working with K-12 populations, preferably in school or pediatric settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a school-based caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students of varying ages and needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
- Conduct assessments, write progress reports, and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
