Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure, with CCC-SLP required
- Experience in a school-based environment working with K-12 students
- Solid background in evaluating and diagnosing speech-language disorders
- Ability to develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills for partnering with educators, families, and students
- Organizational skills and adaptability to work across varied caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Design and implement individualized therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and ongoing documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP planning
- Provide guidance to staff and families regarding communication strategies
