Key Qualifications:

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in a public or private educational setting strongly preferred
- Skilled at evaluating, diagnosing, and supporting students with diverse speech and language needs
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities for partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional evaluations and diagnoses related to speech and language disorders for students
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student-specific goals and needs
- Deliver targeted speech-language therapy both one-on-one and in small groups, adapting methods to maximize engagement and progress
- Maintain accurate service documentation and progress records in compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to foster a supportive educational environment
