School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Woodland, Washington

A full-time contract opportunity is available for a skilled, compassionate SLP to cover a maternity leave, supporting students with diverse communication needs in a dynamic onsite school environment from November 16, 2026 through January 29, 2027.
You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with school staff and families while providing direct services to approximately 50 students, including those in both resource and RISE programs for moderate disabilities.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid Washington SLP license and ESA certification are required
- SLP-CCC credentials
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Adaptable and able to support a diverse population of elementary-aged students
- Comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite to students in general and specialized settings
- Complete timely and accurate assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to foster success for students with communication challenges
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development
