Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- NPI and CTC credential (required before start date)
- School-based experience highly preferred, particularly in K-12 settings
- Comfortable and effective in onsite, in-person only service delivery
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Adaptability in working with various age groups and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in student evaluations
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Assign and oversee tasks for SLPAs integrated into heavier caseloads
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to special education meetings
