What We’re Looking For:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (CCC-SLP) and School Specialist credentials required
- Experience in school-based settings evaluating and providing therapy to students (K-12) preferred
- Must be able to work onsite
- NPI and CTC licensure necessary
- Strong collaboration skills to work with SLPAs, educators, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for communication disorders within a diverse student population
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), in collaboration with teams
- Maintain accurate student records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Provide consultative support to teachers and families to foster inclusive learning environments
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and staff consultations
- Mentor or help support SLPAs assigned to larger caseloads
