School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Winters, California

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (will consider out-of-state applicants willing to pursue a California license)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to work well cross-functionally with educators, administrators, and families
- Adaptable to PreK and Kindergarten caseloads—approximately 25-35 students
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to assigned students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments and screenings as required; document progress effectively
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and support teachers and families on speech/language development strategies
- Maintain detailed and compliant records
This contract offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, running from late August to early June—ideal for professionals eager to see consistent student growth across a full school year.
