Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Winston-Salem, North Carolina

What you'll bring:
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) OR Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in school-based pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in articulation and language therapy approaches
- Previous teletherapy (Voco) experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with ECATS or similar special education documentation platforms is a plus
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 45-50 students
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for working within a multidisciplinary team
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct and virtual speech/language therapy services to students with a broad range of needs
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Document and maintain student records in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student growth
- Administer targeted articulation therapy aligned with best practices
- Attend meetings and contribute actively to student support teams
