This contract position, running from August 5, 2026, to May 27, 2027, is designed for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives in collaborative, student-focused environments. You’ll manage a diverse caseload of approximately 45-50 students, working 37.5 hours per week, and contribute to meaningful growth throughout the school year. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC or CFY accepted)
  • Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school or teletherapy settings
  • Strong knowledge of SLP principles relating to education and healthcare
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and compliance
  • Comfort with technology and virtual service delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct intervention sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff to optimize student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of reports
  • Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP teams, and ongoing professional development
