Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Licensed (or eligible) as an SLP in North Carolina
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong candidates in CFY considered
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
- Proficiency in completing speech and language assessments, goal writing, and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and keep thorough documentation
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions
