Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Wilmington, North Carolina
An opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide services in an educational setting from Wilmington, NC. This contract position is full-time or part-time, running through a full semester ending on 6/6/2025. Ideal candidates will be either SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinicians, including those with experience in pediatrics, teletherapy, healthcare, or school-based practice.
Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status
- Experience or interest in school-based speech therapy services
- Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 45-50 students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability for onsite work in Wilmington, NC
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language services to students, primarily onsite
- Collaborate closely with the school director and school staff to coordinate services and support
- Participate in team meetings and student evaluations as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities
