Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (SLP-CF) invited
- Previous experience in educational settings preferred, but new graduates welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt to changing student needs and work effectively in diverse school communities
- Passion for fostering student growth and engagement through evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain clear documentation and progress records in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Consult with teachers and families to support students’ integration and success in the classroom
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives to enhance service delivery
