Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience with K-12 student populations, including evaluation, direct therapy, and IEP development
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Organizational efficiency to manage caseloads, documentation, and compliance in a school setting

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide ongoing speech and language therapy for students with a range of needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to design targeted interventions and integrate communication goals into the classroom
- Monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings as a vital team member
- Educate and provide resources for staff and caregivers to support student growth beyond direct therapy
