Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Ability to manage a K-12 caseload independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms (for voco/remote consideration)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students K-12
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress updates, and adjust intervention strategies as needed
  • Support student growth through individualized and small-group sessions
  • Uphold best practices in compliance and confidentiality
