Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology (dependent on state regulations)
- Experience delivering speech and language services in school-based settings, preferably with K-12 populations
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to independently structure sessions and collaborate with educational staff
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant guidelines
Role Overview:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students onsite
- Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual student needs
- Document ongoing progress and maintain accurate records in alignment with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student learning and generalization of skills
- Attend team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
- Adhere to the schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–12pm, from 6/29/26 to 7/30/26
