Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Austin, TX

Key qualifications and experience:
- Current SLP-CCC license, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Experience or interest in school-based settings, including therapy, ARDs, and evaluations
- Ability to manage a caseload of 40-45 students independently
- Bilingual skills are a plus, as you will work with a diverse student population
- Strong collaboration and organizational abilities
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions to students in PreK-8th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in ARD/IEP meetings
- Manage a full caseload, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and school timelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student progress
- Provide support, resources, and training to school staff and families when needed
