As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work full-time (37.5 hours/week) from mid-August through early October in a supportive district environment, covering two schools for a maternity leave during the first 9-week session. The district is seeking a bilingual SLP (CCC required) who can also supervise a bilingual SLPA—making this a fantastic opportunity for seasoned clinicians eager to mentor and lead.
Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid state professional license for Texas (submit license image for credentialing)
- Previous school-based experience highly preferred
- Bilingual proficiency required
- Willingness to supervise a bilingual SLPA
- Ability to obtain background check and fingerprinting clearance
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy to assigned students
- Supervise the work of a bilingual SLPA
