Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous school-based experience, particularly with elementary and middle school populations, is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEP goals
- Team-oriented, with a passion for helping young learners succeed

- Complete initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring for students in elementary and middle grades
- Develop and implement individualized therapy sessions based on student needs and IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student growth and generalization of skills
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing team planning
- Offer support and resources to staff and families regarding speech-language needs
