School Speech Language Pathologist - Urbana, OH

Openings:
Full-Time SLP (Preschool & Early Elementary)
- Support approximately 50 students in preschool and early elementary grades
- Work closely with staff and families to create individualized plans fostering communication growth
Part-Time SLP (Autistic Students K-12)
- Provide services 3.5 days per week to around 32 students across grades K-12
- Focus on supporting autistic students’ language, communication, and social skills development
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Active SLP license in the state
- Experience in educational settings, especially working with preschool/elementary or K-12 autistic students, is highly valued
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized or small group therapy
- Track student progress and maintain clear records
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support students’ educational journeys
- Adapt therapeutic interventions to meet diverse needs and learning styles
