Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active PA Level II Educator Certification required
- Eligible for or hold Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric settings, especially school-based, is highly valued
- Proficient in a range of therapy modalities, including teletherapy
- Collaborative approach with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency challenges
- Provide services across schools in the region; flexibility in site assignment may be required
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to IEP planning and development
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision if completing CFY
