Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy, particularly within school settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings, focusing on pediatric populations
- Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to support student progress and generalize skills to classroom and home environments
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making for student interventions
- Offer consultation and ongoing support to school staff as needed
