Caseloads will be assigned based on district needs and the candidate’s experience and preferences. You’ll work on campus (no virtual work) alongside dedicated professionals committed to student success.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Pennsylvania (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Passion for fostering communication skills in diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in assigned K-12 caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Adapt therapy activities to meet diverse learning needs and age groups
- Participate in professional development to stay updated on evidence-based practices
