With a weekly commitment of just 7 hours—6 hours focused on IEP meetings and 1 hour dedicated to mentoring and coaching SLPAs—you’ll contribute your expertise without a full-time schedule, allowing for a strong work-life balance.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or equivalent state credentials preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly desired
- Demonstrated skills in collaboration, leadership, and clinical supervision
- Ability to build positive relationships and provide coaching and mentorship
Primary Responsibilities:
- Attend and contribute to student IEP meetings
- Provide supervision and direction to SLPAs delivering direct student services
- Ensure compliance and high-quality documentation
- Collaborate with faculty and diverse school teams
- Mentor SLPAs, supporting their ongoing professional growth
